Description:
This is an awesome opportunity to invest in an established Equestrian facility. This is a turn-key business, set-up by a professional trainer. Horse boarding and care for 20 horses will be provided by me, and as a seasoned Realtor I will be able to rent out the home on site for additional income. My goal is to expand and purchase other properties to board horses, there is a great need for quality boarding in this area.
