Description: AudioLounge is a multimedia/multi-purpose studio currently headquartered in a two story, 10,000 square foot building in North Miami, FL. It is minutes away from South Beach, Downtown Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and all other key South Florida areas. The immediate surroundings provide a multitude of restaurants, banks, shopping malls, and national brand stores. We formed the company with the idea of taking our nearly $500K worth of professional audio equipment and moving it to a commercial space in order to run a world-class recording (URL removed) current location was previously used as a recording studio, offices, and storage. Our goal is to remodel and improve the space in order to generate maximum revenues by providing additional services aside from a recording studio. This would include rehearsal space for musicians and artists of all kinds as well as photography and video studios to cater to the visual arts community. In our 1200 square foot "live-room" we can host large band rehearsals, corporate events, conferences, movie screenings, music showcases, and meeting space. We will have an 800 square foot "lounge" and recreational area that can serve as a great place to host corporate parties; especially during the holidays. The floor plan and interior design choices are 90% complete. Competition: What will set us apart from other recording studios is that we are one of the only facilities in South Florida that has an SSL recording console, many highly sought-after pieces of audio equipment, and a 1200 square foot recording room with 16 foot ceilings. These elements allow us to attract major record labels and major recording artists as clients. They have healthy recording budgets and this is the type of facility they require.
