Description:
LCI is a small construction business that specializes in custom homes. Our desire is for each home we build to be unique to its owner and to help owners proceed smoothly through the building of their (URL removed) Spec Homes are built to make a person feel like that is "exactly what they wanted". We want to expand to a Construction Design Center which follows the owners through the building process of creating their own house plans all the way to helping them with the final design of their home (paint colors, fixtures, interior design,etc.). We are slowly being recognized as building signature homes and we need Capital to expand our business.
