Description: We strive to be the familiy hub in South East Idaho. We provide both shopping and educational options for families from maternity through age eight. We have found that in the largely young parent community of South East Idaho there has not been a location for parents to meet, learn about parenting, and shop for themselves and their children. Our goal is to provide this space by offering high quality products at reasonable prices. We also strive to offer the training to help perents use their products easily and safely. For example, we often have parents visit us in search of a baby carrier. We not only have many different brands and styles in stock but we also have samples of each style for parents to try on and see what they like best prior to making their purchase. This is a service that cannot be provided elsewhere. My target customers are parents, so individuals from about 20-40. Our local market stays fairly consistant these days as we're located about 30 minutes from a huge collage camus (Brigham Young Universtiy - Idaho) and there are two campuses here in our town. Locally our competition consists of used children's stores, and large box stores plus Motherhood Maternity. The demographic for our area states that within a 3 Mile radius of our location $2 million is spent annually on children's items alone. Our USP include our customer service, items unique to the area, and our educational opportunities for parents. So far things are going well. We have an evergrowing customer base. Currently we are sitting with approximatly 75% new customers and 25% returning customers with lots of positive feedback. Our social media is growing and we are working to be more active in that area. We are not profitable, yet, however we are close to breaking even this year with only about a $4000 loss since January.
