Equity Stake in a Lucrative Mill Tailings Site
We have a property under contract to buy into an extremely lucrative mill tailings site in Colorado where three assay reports completed over the past 11 years (Report from drillings in various locations and depths showing contents of tailings) have been done and show that there are approximately 2,000,000 tonnes located on the site. The assay reports show there are enormous amounts of precious metals (Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium, Iridium, Rhodium) that were dumped there from the 1850s-1950s considered waste at that time and considered unrecoverable, however given today's technologies a lot of its contents are now recoverable, more than you'd imagine. I have all the due diligence materials that I've collected directly off the EPA's website, so it's fully verified. The site of the tailings and clean up due to the high sulfate levels that exist with gold sites was just recently deleted from the EPA's list of properties under their control after a clean up of over 14 years and returned back to its owner.
