Description: The business concept of Ever Green Medical LLC is to grow high quality medical marijuana (referred to as MMJ Colorado Amendment 20) and to sell it at an affordable cost as a dispensary in order to provide MMJ patients with low cost, high quality medication. We plan to keep costs low by investing a portion of our working capital into an umbrella of existing growers and dispensaries as well as using seventy percent of our own product. We plan to grow the high quality MMJ using different species of plants and providing them with the right nutrients and lighting in both organic and hydroponic indoor gardens. We also plan to have a store front business, or dispensary, in which we can sell this product to state registered medical marijuana patients. Our dispensary will provide patients with a relaxing atmosphere where they can purchase their MMJ medication discretely as well as have massage treatment available. We would carry a wide variety of medication to fit each patient’s needs. This medication includes the buds of the plants for smoking, MMJ infused products for consumption as well as MMJ infused products for external relief. We are seeking financing to purchase an existing dispensary that is fully legally registered with the state of Colorado and make it into our own. We also want to create the large scale warehouse grow operation, for which we would need to secure a location, purchase necessary equipment, supplies and inventory. We want to invest in the co-op of growers and dispensaries to give the business more advantage and even better ability to provide the MMJ at an affordable price. There are other legal related expenses such as attorneys, licensing and zoning that may be required. We are ready to begin making what we have worked for, researched, and what we are passionate about into a fulfilling business.
