Our innovative services include Offshore Employee Leasing in which we hire IT/ Non IT Personnel in India and serve US companies by providing the virtual staff or remote employees with high end infrastructure and latest equipment, supervise the staff, provide our offshore clients a 24 hr monitoring interface so that they can keep a check on their virtual staff on real time basis. We also provide software/ web development, graphic designing and business consulting services. Now we have reached from a 2 employees to approx 50 employees, having started from the scratch we seek to expand the business by investing and take the company to new heights.
The profit is 100% since our services especially Offshore Employee Leasing service, commonly known as OEL, are cheap in cost and help offshore clients not only save up to 70% in comparison to what they save locally. Idealistically there is no difference if the virtual staff sits right at the client location or at our remote offshore center in India 'cause a huge percentage of employees, in house or offshore, work in the development centers with a very little eye-piece control. The development cycle flows in terms of initial requirement, gathering and meeting up the deadlines on time However if we supervise and make sure their work is being done properly and on time with an assured quality. They save lot of money, time and extra favors; they do to their onshore employees. After all what difference it makes when client have full control through video camera surveillance and live screen access. Clients do not need to build up training teams to hire best talent. We do it for them as it is a part of our business keeping our clients content with our service quality. We are confident as this idea is unique and we carry an excellent experience in managing the jobs and the clients. We seek to invest heavy and expand this business to a global level.
