Description:
We buy single family homes and duplexes in rural communities cheap, repair/repaint, and rent them out. We currently own 35 units. Every home we fix up and get ready finds a renter quickly, and on average, and they all make money after expenses. We have a property manager and a crew of rehabbers to manage our homes.
