GetGo Gator Systems was formed in June of 2005 and was registered as a privately owned C-type corporation in the state of Louisiana. We are a combination Computer System Integrator and Value Added Reseller company. We also sell and install security cameras and home theater systems. Through a third party nationwide contract, we service AT&T’s Sun servers for the New Orleans area. We represent numerous hardware and software manufacturers and publishers. Our primary sphere of operation is throughout Southeast Louisiana. Southeast Louisiana includes the greater New Orleans metropolitan area and the Parishes directly to the west of the metropolitan area.
Getgo Gator Systems has 5 full time people and several part time employees. In 2007, the Vice President purchased our building and is leasing it to the company. We are in one half of the building and we lease the other half. This provides a good revenue stream for the company.
GetGo Gator Systems has its own registered trademark, Gator Computers and we market this brand extensively.
The company originally started in January of 1991 as an S-type corporation. The original company was closed in June 2005. Our new company was started up as a C corporation at the same time in June 2005. As far as customers knew, there was no change.
