I have 2,8 hectares , where i want to erect a TRUCKSTOP & a GASSTATION.
I will get a WHOLESALE & a RETAIL LICENSE
I need an investor for $2 million in a TRUCKSTOP & PETROL STATION IN SOUTH AFRICA
That is for the ground , buildings and operating capital.
Your money is 100% safe , you will have a certain percentage and the GOODWILL will be +-$2 million within 2 years
That means that the site will make double the amount of profit than a normal site.
