I started my own company 8 years ago after being a jack of all trades for 10 years I decided to start on my own, I have done residential work and also commercial and for the last few years I been mostly doing multi family renovations. I been subcontracting work from a big company that purchases apartment complexes that are in a semi rehab condition and once they purchase it they pull out construction permits and they start renovating all interior and exterior. When I first started working for that company I started absorbing all information and process, in a time frame of one year I helped the company make 6 billion dollars on clean profits, the company was stablished by a person that is really smart but somehow along the way he lost control of the empire that he had built, the company became so big and had around 200 employees they had 26 different apartment complex that they were working on at the same time in 3 different states and it became to much for them, the project managers that they had in charge had never worked in construction before, the hourly paid crews most of them had no supervision and they were getting paid for doing nothing, too much construction material was wasted and stolen, so they ended up on bankrupt. I don't want to sound cocky or arrogant but I just want to tell it like it is, the only apartment complexes that they ever completely finished were the ones that I worked on, on my contact list I have more than 100 phone numbers of the best remodeling crews in GA,painters,sheetrock hangers and finishers, tile setters, carpentry , you name a trade and I can get you them ready to work licensed and insured crews, hourly crews, and all of them have one thing in common they have affordable prices and all of them are specialist in what they do, and most important of all I have the experience of having control of everyone that works for me. the point I want to send across to an investor that is searching to make good profits is that I have what it takes to make billions of dollars. all this time I have felt unappreciated even thought I made good profits I never received the credit the project managers that were above me received all the credit and they became regional managers and some even became partners, right hand mans of the company and became rich but all labor work and paperwork,material organization,finding the right labor at a good price to save the company money all was done by (URL removed)ht now I have an experience that is worth billions and as I write this letter I feel happy and blessed because I know that somewhere out there there is some one that is searching for someone like me....
