Our startup company, will be located in Venezuela initially. I am looking for all available options to raise $2.5 Mill in order to create a new Air Conditioning trademark to commercialize in south and central america starting in venezuela and creating a net of dealers to secure the product sale. The main purpose of the company is to commercialize these product with its own trademark. I preferred an angel investor to be a company partner or venture capital as a second option. the first year profit is around $5 to $6 million based on an initiall inevntory of $1.
