Description:
This is a 25,000 sq. ft. country dance club called Mustang Salliz. It has a 8600 (URL removed)ce floor, an 85 (URL removed)g bar, a 865 sq. ft. stage, a pool room, and a mechanical bull. The club is located within 25 miles of Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown and close to the Pennsylvania border towns and is only blocks off the Ohio turnpike. We have grossed $725,000 the first six months of this year and should do a lot better the last six months. We currently have $168,000 in equipment, furniture and inventory to cover any loan. We project the club will gross more than $3,500,000 a year once we are fully established.
