I purchased a used car dealership that has been in business at the same location for over nine years. I am leasing the property from the owner and I have invested over $175k so far in the business. The lot can hold up to 50 cars, however I am planning on keeping 25-35 cars. I am looking for someone to fund my inventory. The investor would hold onto the car titles until they are sold, insuring payment. I sell an average of 15 cars a month with only $50k of inventory.
