And because of Facebook going IPO, so many people became instant millionaires. I am a real estate agent and I could provide services in the real estate arena. I could service both buyers and sellers. I am currently working with a number of investors, but my goal is to find one or two investors with a networth of at least $3-$5M who will buy cash for these REO properties. And I would work exclusively with them in buying real properties in the vicinity of the Silicon Valley or the Bay Area. There will be many foreclosed properties coming in the market that can be bought and rented out after. Real estate investments in California earns at least 3% to 6% ROI.
