We are working on a REG D 506 which will allow us to complete an explosive growth and income curve in less than 18 months. Project: Mine USA, Lead, Cadmium, Rare Earth Elements, Gold/Silver, Iron ore.
We just had contact with our 4th potential buyer of the mine from a Korean Mining group that missed out on the regional Peabody Iron Ore mine. Purchase price as currently stated is 3% of the inground asset value of $212.0 B or just over $6.0 B plus we will set & retain a 3% ORRI. Major deal. Known producing area. Buyers in place. We need the funds to acquire and unitize the leases, do magnetics and "grid" core drill and sample analysis. We have a geo report and have done analysis at a major lab however we need independent studies done. Worse case scenario we can unitize and sell the unitized leases (these are owned and titled not "rental") for around $200.0 m. We would like to complete the studies and take the full value in a sale. We do have major oil/nat gas fields that we intend to develop however this is our go-to project as it can be completed with the least amount of funds and in the shortest amount of time. Biggest bang for the buck so to speak.
