Description: I thought it best to attach the following memo to put in context the business environment The IGOZ Group conducts its various activities within, as well as to outline our fundamental approach to our vision and operational strategy. The IGOZ Group was founded by two young professional with extensive experiences in Government Public Bodies, Internationally Projects, Regional Administrative Offices, Manufacturing Industries and Breweries as well as planning and managing Social Marketing Campaigns. My partner Daniel Getachew - and I forged the start-up with a shared vision of exploring unchartered areas of operation that bring together different professional and corporate interests in order to creatively apply our individual experiences and expertise towards implementing projects that require a special and broad-based team approach. The idea that became IGOZ grew out of our individual frustrations with a drastic lack of the minimum standards of modern business procedures we expected from these companies and associations we worked with. Nevertheless, our firm and steadfast dream that is IGOZ is growing into a central hub for a number of external companies and professional consultants – our active partners in business - all contributing their share towards utilizing the synergy attained from this coordinated effort. Currently IGOZ functions in the following sectors, and offers a range of services that usually require the integration of more than one wing of our diverse activities: (URL removed)ort Wing: Is involved with a number of general trading activities, and is particularly active in establishing a partnership with local growers and grower associations of agricultural products with unique demands (such as herbs, spices and oil seeds) as well as with industries that make products that have international demand in order to explore, reach out and engage interested buyers across the globe. (URL removed)munications Wing: Is involved in planning, designing and implementing various Promotional, Advertising and Branding needs of government offices and private companies. It also undertakes various Social Marketing Campaigns that require creative combinations of modern campaigns with traditionally appealing themes. C. General Office Solutions Wing: Is involved in providing general office solutions, from the supply of basic stationary equipments, to bulk printing, laminating and packaging of office documents. D. Market Research Consulting Wing: Is involved in researching and assessing the operational feasibility and profitability of different companies that desire to operate within the Ethiopian market. In listing these activities, our ambition is to capture the revitalized national spirit in tune with the essence of the recently ushered Ethiopian Millennium, which embodies the resurgence of a historical and cultural giant as a modern geo-political force. We desire to contribute to the wider effort of realizing the full potential of Ethiopia as a growing market in Africa. We plan to achieve this by building a broad coalition of local and international partners that will enable the open exchange of ideas and resources towards establishing a modern corporate culture throughout companies actively operating in Ethiopia. Eventually, through each unique project we undertake, we desire to bring into the 21st century the marketing and promotional capacity and approach of government offices as well as private enterprises, in order to work together towards an efficient and productive business environment.
