Description:
I desire to purchase a property that is perfect for a bed & breakfast, wedding & event center. A Georgia Mansion in need of updating and minor renovations. Home is on 38 acres that is ideal for cottages, a chapel for weddings, walking trails, relaxing pool and small spa.
I am an enterpreneur with a real estate background. I work hard and enjoy seeing the fruit of my labor. I found this property on accident and had a vision. There is no reason that this beautiful piece of property just 45 minutes from downtown Atlanta (30 minutes from the ATL airport) would not be the ideal retreat for relaxation and serenity. I need financial backing. One million dollars would put us in business.
