I am trying to open up a New York Deli style restaurant with a full service bar and Night Club in Western NC. My establishment will be the first of it's kind here and I have a petition with over 500 signatures of customers that will frequent my establishment regularly. Also, I have a full finished business plan and the perfect location where my establishment will be on the busiest street right in downtown. I'm just having problems getting funding for startup with a poor credit score and not enough collateral. I'm looking for investors that would like to invest $25k in my company with the return of double in 1 year and triple in the 2nd year!
