I am trying to start a diner in the Morrisville, NY area. The site I am interested in buying/renting was a previous diner that has been closed for a while. There is only one other eating establishment in the area. This area is located on a very busy East to West highway and there is a State College located in this town. There is money to be made at this location. It just needs to be cleaned up and have a new atmosphere brought in. Unfortunately I have no cash or credit in order to start this diner up.
