a) US$800-million Call Center City, a development project designed and conceptualized strictly for Call Centers, ITS & BPOs. This is a ten (10) hectares titled property located at SLEX corner Canlubang Interchange, Calamba City. It is a mere 500 meters from Php 5.5 Bilion Government Center. Involve in
this development project are Desh Telecom thelargest in India, represented by Sazzad H. Khan and MTD Philippines by Mr. Ahmad Sabri Tahir, Malaysian Counsel General in a joint-venture deal.
1. This Call Center City project shall a minimum of 63,360 call center employees (new jobs) to be be created in this area not counting the support staff and technical personnel.
2. Two Call Center buildings shall be built atop a 17,174 square meter shopping mall with supermarket and parking for 729 vehicles.

Four (4) Residential Condo Buildings with 33 storey, each will have 1,644 condo units which are earmarked as residences of the call center officers, employees and their families or a total of 6,656 condo units and will have a total of 250 parking slots to comply with HLURB requirements located at the basements of each condo building. As programmed, the Mall and Supermarket shall have a complement of 729 parking slots for it shoppers, build on the lower level.
5. Under Philippine Law, the Pag-ibig (a Philippine government housing agency) is mandated to "take-out" or discount the housing loan mortgages of any employee or self-employed individuals up to a maximum of US$150,000.00 each. The proceeds of the "take-out" shall be released directly to the developer and in this case the Joint Venture Partnership. Each condo shall have a net cost of only US$27,561.
6. The Philippine Call Center Industry has recently declared that it needs some 465,000 call center seats in the next two (2) years in order to cope up with their expansion requirements. as of March 2013 here are two hundred fifty one (251) registered call centers operating in the Philippines.
7. Phase 1 & 1-B The main construction of Mall/Supermarket/ 2 call center buildings/4 residential condo buildings will have a construction cost of UD$154,011.202; while the sales/revenue is US$373,693,757.
8. Phase 2 - 17 Residential Condo Building, parking, land development will have construction cost of US$ 415,384,171 and the sale of condo units/Revenues is US$779,094,348.
