Building Supply Company with mostly a very informed and attractive female staff. There will be male staffers not discriminating against men. I want men on my staff as inside and outside sales. I would prefer most of the inside sales staff be women who know about building materials. Contractors really like dealing with females because they trust us more and believe we will give them better pricing than another staffer. However sales rep must be knowledgeable of material because if you steer a customer wrong especially a contractor then they will go elsewhere.
