1st stage: build and run a proven business model — smart automation ecosystems.
Problem: There are several contractors needed to build your dream place: electricians, HVAC,
plumbers, technology integrators, landscapers, and remodelers/builders. The problem is that each contractor comes after the other, which makes it difficult to build a complete technology ecosystem as one system. This happens because everyone's knowledge is limited to their equipment (that's easy) without understanding others, and the most complicated part is the different quality of every party's workmanship, especially regarding wiring, which could be messy.
