We don’t have time for lazy artists that think everything they make is a hit. Last thing is stage prescence. As an artist your performance is what sells records too. Get the crowd involved in your performance. Crowd participation allows the audience to become a part of your show. If you receive a positive response, then you will receive the same for feedback as well as sales. These are a few of the important things he looks for in an artist.
