Re:Consider™ is a sustainable product innovation company focused on engineering waste out, and value in to the everyday products consumers buy. Our Company has a strong IP portfolio, including a proprietary dispensing nozzle, copyrighted marketing materials and three trademarks relating to the brand. A strong management and advisory team is in place. We will launch the first products (a line of non-toxic, ultra concentrated household cleaners that require no water for shipping and represent a significant reduction in packaging and emissions waste) into retail outlets in the Columbus, OH test market at the beginning of September 2009. Our Company has conducted extensive research into our target segments and has the team in place to execute on the strategy to move from the test market into four other national markets where we have identified viable retail opportunities.
