I am a former Corporate Executive of the Group Insurance/Benefits Industry who has been without work for a little over two years now. During this time, I have managed to make an incredible name for myself in the kitchen. My mastery of grilled gourmet pizza's has earned me quite the reputation within the community.
For years now I have had a passion to establish my own start up bistro and/or food truck. Something for the evening dwellers. A small, quaint in and out type of bistro that is mainly for take out but houses just enough seating for anyone who wants to enjoy a cool atmosphere. My fiancé is super supportive of me and donates just about every last dollar she has left over after paying the bills, to my venture. Unfortunately, we never really have even a fraction of what it would take to get this thing going.
My start up goal? Is to connect with someone who believes in my dream, can sample my pies, wouldn't be set back by a donation and simply has a heart for helping others achieve.
Every day when we are out and about i drive by this particular complex of brand new business space in the Orlando area. As we do, I always say to my fiancé, "that one on the corner has our name all over it.".. Its a vision of mine that never dies down.
