I am a general contractor looking for venture capital to purchase distressed homes within 2 hours of Fort Dodge, IA. The investor/s will have their investment secured by the deed to the property in a joint venture agreement. Once capital is secured, I will locate a home/s, depending on the amount of funding, produce the cost of the project to the investor along with the investors ROI (return on investment) approx. 15%. If terms are agreed upon, home is purchased, refurbished and resold, which will take about 3-6 months.
