This is a recently purchsed asset management business and the loan will be for marketing and to refinance existing debt of 300K. Our current quarterly cash flow is 53,000 post broker/dealer split. The prior owner was generating 32,000 quarterly from the existing assets. We are requesting a 400K loan because our current loan has a 2.5 year payoff with the prior owner and the exess will be used to fund a marketing program. I have been in this industry for 20 years.
