OdePer is a new company that was started over the success of producing Cactus salsa made of fresh Nopales. After many years of trial I then created a fresh garden style quality salsa of Tomato-Tomatillo.
My first real success and verification came in June 2011 as I sold more than 60 jars of salsa at the Annual Dr. Pepper Festival in Dublin, Texas. Also sold another 100 jars to co-workers and friends through-out central Texas. The Tomato-tomatillo salsa has been quoted by several as possibly being some of the best salsa anyone has ever had.
I am looking to expand my current product line and distribution by opening a retail location and production shop in Grapevine, Texas. This is more of hand-crafted quality salsa and I do a canning process to ensure shelf stabilization. The other half of this goal is to do fresh gourmet bread production at the shop. Will also be introducing new fresh ideas of sandwiches and salads at the retail location.
3 main points of sale: Retail, food and craft festivals throughout the state of Texas, and on-line market.
