We are a startup of professionals from various fields that formed an LLC in early 2008, and have spent the last year building the engine of our business, a backend affiliate and content management system for a network of adult based websites. We sell memberships to our adult oriented websites to web surfers. We are currently shooting, producing, and publishing our own content on the web. We have also entered into a strategic partnership with a popular director and producer. We seek an "angel investor" to put the gas in our car, which is already built, and help us amp up production and website creation. We believe their is great profit and growth potential for our business and have invested a great deal of our time, talent, skill, and money in the project. But as you know, it takes money to make money, and we are ready to have a person come in and assist with that aspect of our growth. We are good, educated, professional, and honest people and want to work with a like-minded Angel to achieve success. We are seeking an investment of $750,000 in exchange for an equity stake in the business. This money will go towards allowing one of the principles to separate from their from their "day job" and focus entirely on the business by creating, shooting, and editing more content, adding it to the sites, and marketing it to affiliates. It will also allow us to build more sites (on an aggressive schedule set forth in our business plan), and thereby generate more revenue. The goal is to have one of the biggest, and most profitable adult networks in the business in the 2 to 5 year range, and create a sustainable and profitable engine within 10 to 12 months.
