For some time now there has been a drop off in the housing market. My idea,(which I have been stewing on for a couple of years now), is to buy already completely rented duplexes. We could go up to five plexes if you wish, I'm not scared. The real estate market has taken a nose dive, we all know that. The price for these units are lower than they ever have been or may be for some time to come. Once the market recovers and we all know it will eventually, we have options. we can continue to rent them or rentavate them put them back on the market and we can both do well. Either way we go we should make a little cash. I forgot to mention I have been a carpenter fo 25 years. anthing goes wrong we don't have to pay sixty bucks an hour for someone to fix it.
