I would like to start a small insurance and financial services company offering a broad range of financial/insurance products for the self employed and small business owners. The 100K will be used to rent a location, buy office equipment and purchase leads for up to 5 agents. We including myself will work those leads and referrals generated thru word of mouth and brochures being distributed from 8am to 9pm monday thru fri and sat 8am til noon. Producing millions of dollars in revenue. Which in turn will be split in half with the investor up to 300% of there (URL removed) 100k will be used to pay myself 40k salary for one year, rent a location for 1 year, buy 5 computers/phones/fax and pay for internet/phone access. After the first year the business will be generating a substantial profit and we will then purchase the lease to location or move to larger location. A similar business has been tried and proven and with the team I have in place and the experience from friends this will be a great investment.
