We believe that you will see the great potential that we have in building a very successful bio energy company specializing in packaging and distribution of residential wood pellets that will initially exploit opportunities in North America and Europe (initially Italy) over the next few years with the right financing, staff and marketing.
SEI has identified potential contracts from brokers/distributors in Italy totaling 1,135,000 tons. SEI’s business plan anticipates first year revenues of 100,000 tons ($24.6 million) growing to 600,000 tons ($127.8 million) in the first five years. Supply sources in North America, critical for consistent quality product, have already been identified. Packaging equipment to be located in Italy has also been identified and located. SEI is seeking equity and financing to purchase the packaging equipment and to provide working capital for the business. We believe an appropriate exit strategy can be executed in 3-5 years.
