Description:
I am looking to purchase an Eagle Marsh Luxury Limousines. Eagle Marsh Country Club started this limousine service for its club members and residents of Eagle Marsh, a residential community, in 2007. It has grown to the extent that the owners of the club are seeking to sell the separate enterprise to focus on the country club and yet still offer a good service to its members. Last years revenues exceeded $200,000 in gross revenues and this year it is on a greater pace.
Eagle Marsh Luxury Limousines has the exclusive rights to Eagle Marsh Country Club and Club Med in Stuart Florida. It has just signed PGA West a 5000 plus residential community and home to a number of Golf tournaments as well as the Hyatt hotel located on the property.
There is still great upside potential in this area due to limited number of luxury limousine businesses in this area.
