Description: Pecious Ones is the name we intend to give our daycare (URL removed) are in the initial stages of negotiating land deals and looking for the down payment needed by one of the lenders we have spoken to. We intend to get the business started the soonest as we have identified some very potential spots/locations around our neighbourhood. As for the demand of this business, there is more need than we'd imagined earlier when we came up with the plan.
