As the economy grows, real estate in Beijing, China becomes very hot. Lands and finished buildings are selling at historical high. It is hard for young professionals to buy homes. This project considers to turn an old hostel inside the city, within the 3rd loop, into an apartment complex. The non-furnished or furnished apartments can be rent to individual professionals or companies as corporate housing.
