I represent Unlimited Realty Investments as Senior Marketing (URL removed) we are seeking/interviewing other Investors to do business with us in areas all over the Inland Empire. Our company has the ability to locate great equity positions from( 30-70% ). We have personal connections inside City and County Housing Departments and can operate transactions all across the country. As part of this, we can make offers and initiate buyers contracts in the deals we create. We need Investors who have an open business relationship and who has Capital necessary to acquire these properties to turn profits fast!
Another area that would help is if there is a type of Down-Payment Assistance of at least $5000 - $10,000 to get the property under contract and for repairs if necessary. With our Cash Buyers lined up, the return will be more than what initially was put into it for both sides, but a higher percentage goes to the acting funding person of course.
