We were opened in October of 2010. We originally had four partners that were invested in this project. Our Executive Chef who was also a partner has left the business. We have found a new chef and want to change our business from causal dining to fine dining because of his menu and experience. We are situated in an historical building 5 miles from downtown Des Moines. Our building is leased and is a dinner theater look. With that look we have a stage, a dance floor, a balcony, and a marquee that is our best advertising tool. We are looking for $100,000 to take care of some past debt and help us move to our new idea.
