Hello,
I am wanting to start up this business. I have taken many classes on business management, food safety, and worked as an employee at local resturants to get a better idea of what I need to keep my business going. This is a great idea as there is no other American family buffet around the area, the closest one is 6 hours away. I also think this would be a great money maker to the right people. We have two military bases close by which would draw in a lot of the business. I have a menu already thought of and I am still taking ideas. I hope to hear from you soon.
