It will be an asian noodle soup restaurant (nearest noodle soup restaurant is over 30 miles away. Our menu is small and the quality is unique and delicious. People have become addicted to our take on this popular vietnamese soup. The menu will have items such as: Summer Rolls, Spicy Beef Salad, Crawfish & Curry Fried Rice and different varieties of Pho Noodle Soup. This will be a family business (my family has over 30 years restaurant ownership experience). Our management team along with our culinary team has been selected.
