I want to open a soulfood restaurant. Most of the soulfood restaurants that are open are rinky dink holes in the wall and the food is not that good. They really don't serve a wide variety of food. I have the ideas for my building. This is something that is not being done right now and I am hoping for a "Franchise" to come out of this. And this could be an opportunity for me to give back to my community or communities if I have the opportunity to merge out (job opportunities).
