I am seeking funding to purchase a Property Management franchise. My territory will include Bonsall, Fallbrook, San Marcos, Escondido, and north up to Temecula and Murrieta, the name of my business will be North County Property Management Inc. (North County PMI). It will be an LLC. The goal is to have 100 signed leases the first year. It will be homebased the first year, and move to an outside office the 2nd year. Projected income for this business is $250,000 annually. The franchise fee is $25000. I need $20000 for start up working capital, $6500 for laptop computers,high quality printer, scanner, and copier. I also need funds for salary for my assistant, and facilities maintenance employee, as well as specialized outside contractors. I also own another business, Windy Hills Farm, started in 2007 with only my personal credit. I am seeking $20,000 to pay off that debt in an effort to establish business credit as is appropriate.
