Description:
We find distressed apartment complexes that are being run extremely over budget and are run down. We go in buy the complex, cut the fat on expenses, rehab the property and get the property running so its a cash cow! We then refinance the property draw our money invested out and some profit enjoy the monthly cash flow and then move on to another property.
