Description: B & B United Enterprises is a property management company, investing in distressed properties. After graduating from UW-Milwaukee in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree, I, Angela, persistently pursed attending law school at the University of Marquette. Unfortunately, I was not accepted. Meanwhile, I was working full-time at a dead end job where my skills and potential were underutilized. My brother, Adam, and father owned a construction company and when my father retired, Adam presented the idea of starting a property management company. With Adam’s construction background and experience and my education and office experience, I knew we would have a successful and dynamic partnership. B & B United Enterprises was founded as a limited liability company in January of 2007. We started off purchasing a 2 unit commercial property in May of 2007. The next year and a half was spent researching and developing relationships with bankers, city officials, and others to utilize in our board of directors. We continue developing and implementing our business system and mission statement every day. Our mission is to rehab distressed properties providing safe, affordable housing and commercial rental space. In November 2009, we purchased and rehabbed a 3 family unit in Fond du Lac. In June of 2010, we expanded dramatically by purchasing 18 neglected residential units and 11 distressed commercial units in downtown Fond du Lac. B & B United Enterprises is an avid supporter of improving and building stronger communities. B & B United Enterprises is now looking to expand into a larger space and add maintenance and cleaning crews to the operations. This expansion will enable us to continue to grow our base as well as allow us to expand our workforce and continue purchasing real estate.
