Grey Sail Properties was started to fix and flip homes in our hometown of Jacksonville, NC. We currently have two properties in our inventory: one that is on the market and one that we are putting the finishing touches on. We started this business because real estate and manual labor is our passion. The owner of Grey Sail has been in real estate in one way or another for the last 7 years and wanted desperately to stop working for others and reach for her dream of becoming a business owner. It took a lot of time, hard work and dedication to get to Grey Sail to the small startup that it is today but we hope that with some help from Investors like you, we could make this small startup a family business that could passed on through the generations.
