Description:
The startup company called "Professional Forklift Engineering Services" provides quick access to technical information that forklift dealers and salespeople and customers need to rapidly determine the correct, optimal and safe lift truck equipment configuration for a material handling application.
The information is provided via a subscription internet website hosting a proprietary software which allows the user to obtain a capacity safety rating based on a known truck and attachment configuration, or to quickly determine an optimal configuration from a virtual limitless landscape of forklifts and attachment devices.
Additionally, the website will offer the opportunity to instantly order a capacity rating safety plate/label so the company can quickly be in compliance with OSHA and other global safety regulations regarding forklift capacity labeling.
Customers served by this technology will be all forklift end users, dealers, manufacturers and resellers as well as attachment manufacturers, dealers salespeople and end users. OSHA safety inspectors may also find the technology quite useful.
The company will focus its efforts initially on the North American market but the technology will ultimately serve all forklift equipment and attachment markets globally.
The idea is novel and the software is proprietary. There is presently no commercial offering available to fulfill this market need.
