Description: Greetings, A.B.S. Restaurant Group LLC is a newly formed LLC in Texarkana,Texas who's sole purpose is to bring Chicago based Piero's Pizzeria to the areas of Northeast Texas, Arkanasas and Louisiana. We have currently negotiated a licensing agreement with Piero's for the establishment of multiple stores within a 300 mile radius with a 15 year renewable contract. Piero's Pizza is a 25 year old award winning pizzeria with 2 locations in the highly competitive North Shore area of Chicago. Our goal is to establish 1 location over a 2 year period allowing us time to fine tune operations to our market. Further expansion is estimated at 1-2 locations per year within our contract radius allowing us the ability to still perform hands on management and retain original vendors to guarantee product quality. We are currently looking for direct LLC members or private equity investor(s). Our total funding needs is approximately 300K. Our LLC members can anticipate a 25% ROI for the first 3 years with an increase to 40.30% ROI after the 3rd year. Memberships are permanent but do offer a buyback option. For Equity Investors we are requesting funding of 300K in exchange for a 30% Net Sales equity return for a period of 3 years with an estimated annualized return of 11.57% and a 3 year combined ROI of 38.93% resulting in a total gain of $128,500. For additional securities We can offer a 3 year CD Pledge of 175K which would be surrendered to investor at the end of the 3 year agreement including earned interest. In addition to the CD all FF&E purchased through proceeds estimated at $135,000 can be secured to the investor for the term of the investment. Term would run for 3 years or until a 38.93% ROI is achieved which ever comes first. A third option is available to equity investor which is the previous agreement for 300K extended to 4 years. A.B.S. Restaurant Group, LLC pledges 100K in CD Securities along with FF&E. Investor receives permanent LLC Membership ownership percentage of 17% with an anticipated yearly yeild of 35.42 % ROI equalling $26,350 per year. Note: ROI will increase after equity contract is fufilled also returns will also increase as mulitple stores are added.
