We developed a unique concept(Boutique themed) Jewelry cart business. We started at a shopping mall and was profitable. We were able to open a second location very soon at a shopping center nearby. After opening the second one, Some people wanted to join and open my business at different mall locations. So I set up a Franchise Corporation to handle it. Now we have 6 franchised locations and 2 company owned locations. All of the locations are very profitable. The last corporate owned location we opened was at an airport. We discovered that our business was at least 3 times more profitable than traditional shopping malls and the sales was very steady Monday-Sunday, not like the malls where you expect slow weekdays/ busier weekends. Now we are opening another location at the same airport because we are very confident about the sales. My plan is to open more locations at major airports. If we have capital, I strongly believe that our company can grow a lot faster.
