I am looking for someone to help me get into real estate (greater than 4 unit multi-family), then I want the real estate to help build equity so that I can get traditional loans to build my business. however growing my equity is painstakingly slow, for me this is a catch 22 because lenders seem to always consider net worth, I have little net worth. Bottom line, I just need help getting off the ground. ----I am self employed. I do whatever I can to make money. Most is made through contract computer and network labor. I also make a decent amount through carpet cleaning and small loans.
