I am in the infant stages of the clean energy business. Once start-up has been completed, there is little to no maintenance or overhead costs.
Large amounts of money coming in, little out. Projected sales, with proven statistics and data, exceed well over 1 million dollars per year, with profit, after all payments and expenses (monthly loan payments to lenders) at over $250,000 per year. This number nearly doubles after 2 years, and increases dramatically every year thereafter.
